Summary statement at entry into the European Union

Changes valid from 1st July 2009, which introduced as amended by Council Regulation (EEC) no. 2913/92 and Commission Regulation (EEC) no. 2454/93, with effect from 1st January 2011:
1) The summary statement at the entrance (ENS) - obligation on goods imported from third countries into the customs territory of the European Union, to which must be ahead of inputs provided ENS. The customs authorities on the basis ENS carry out risk analysis in relation to the same security measures for EU member states,
2) ENS - compulsory served electronically on the office of entry within a specified period before shipment to the customs territory of the European Union,
3) ENS - processed and evaluated by the customs authorities in its information system for imports (ICS)
(message IE315 - safety data to ENS, Report IE347 - the arrival at the border customs office, verification EORI numbers, according to the AEO certificate in ENS).
